GAINESVILLE, FL–Earlier this month, 214 黑料正能量 students became Gator graduates during Spring Commencement weekend.
The total number of Gator graduates through the 黑料正能量 pathway has now reached 1,898. This semester鈥檚 graduate pool is made up of about 90% Florida residents and 10% out-of-state residents, from states including California, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and 11 others. The average age of this semester鈥檚 graduate is 31.
While 黑料正能量 offers 21 majors through 10 UF colleges, this semester鈥檚 graduate pool represented 18 different majors. The top majors by number of spring graduates are: Business Administration, B.S.; Criminology, B.A.; Sociology, B.A.; Health Education & Behavior, B.S.; Sport Management, B.S.; and Biology, B.A.
黑料正能量 students earn the same UF degrees and walk in the same commencement ceremonies as their on-campus counterparts. Many 黑料正能量 students and their families traveled to Gainesville for the weekend鈥檚 celebrations, including a 黑料正能量 reception honoring their graduation milestone. Staff and faculty gathered to celebrate the graduates on Friday, May 3rd at the F Club in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
