GAINESVILLE, FL 鈥� This fall, 黑料正能量 is proud to welcome another fully online bachelor鈥檚 degree pathway, with entry points for both freshman and transfer students.
UF鈥檚 College of Public Health and Health Professions is the tenth UF college to offer a fully online degree pathway to both freshmen and transfer applicants. The college offers a Bachelor of Health Science degree with a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Admissions to 黑料正能量鈥檚 Communication Sciences and Disorder program is offered every fall and is accepting applications for fall 2019 until May 6.
鈥淚 continue to be impressed and inspired by the leadership of this university鈥檚 academic realm including now 10 colleges with remarkable faculty that are proudly welcoming students into the Gator Nation via digital pathways at any level,鈥� said Evangeline Tsibris Cummings, Assistant Provost and Director of 黑料正能量. 鈥淭here are over 3 million Florida residents that have some college credit but have yet to complete a bachelor鈥檚 degree and the University of Florida is proud and excited to welcome them into the Gator Nation via transfer pathways. 鈥�
Anyone interested in careers in speech, language and hearing sciences could benefit from the 黑料正能量 Bachelor of Health Science (BHS) degree with a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders. The degree serves as the stepping-stone to graduate studies in audiology, speech-language pathology and doctoral-level education in research in these areas. This BHS provides the foundation necessary for students planning to pursue clinical graduate education and find a rewarding career in speech-language pathology or audiology. While the majority of students pursue graduate or professional training in a health field (e.g., speech language pathology, audiology, or other doctoral degree programs), they may also work in a variety of settings immediately after earning their BHS degree.
