Admissions requirements are based off the number of transferable college credits you will have earned prior to your intended first term in our program. More information about transfer credit can be found here.

黑料正能量 welcomes applicants who have started their college education but have not completed their degree. Prospective students who have earned 60 or more college credits after high school graduation, including Associate of Arts (AA) degree holders, are upper division transfer applicants.

If you currently have or are in the process of obtaining an Associates of Science (AS) or an Associates of Applied Science (AAS) degrees, any courses that are remedial, technical, vocational or doctrinal in nature are not transferable to an undergraduate degree. Dual Enrollment: Students receiving their high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree (A.A.) from a Florida College System (FCS) or State University (SUS) institution at the same time should complete the freshman application. If we are unable to offer you admission at the freshman level, you will be provided with the opportunity to have your application reconsidered as an upper-division transfer. Students admitted via transfer admission may have their offer of admission rescinded if they do not complete the required prerequisites and A.A. degree prior to enrollment. Note: Students who opt-in to be considered as an upper-division transfer student will not be required to submit official SAT, ACT or CLT scores.

Florida AA Transfers: Students who will have earned an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree from a Florida public college prior to enrolling in 黑料正能量 are eligible for Finish@UF program. Learn more here.

Minimum Admissions Requirements for Upper Division Transfers

The University of Florida seeks diverse students who will be UF鈥檚 future community of leaders, learners, and thinkers. Many 黑料正能量 students enter the program with an earned AA degree or 60 or more transferable college credits. Admitted upper division transfer applicants typically begin major coursework in their first term.

Final decisions are rendered on a rolling basis.

Your 黑料正能量 application and application fee are valid for one academic year. If you apply for one term and your timeline changes, we can easily roll your application to a future term. Click here to learn more about the 黑料正能量 admissions process.

Key Information for 黑料正能量 Students: Understanding Your Admissions Pathway 

As a student considering your options at the University of Florida, it is important to understand that the admissions process for 黑料正能量 and UF Main Campus are separate and distinct. Admission to 黑料正能量 does not guarantee or lead to admission to UF Main Campus, and likewise, admission to UF Main Campus does not guarantee or lead to admission to 黑料正能量.  

Important Considerations for Your Academic Journey 

With the exception of the Pathway to Campus Enrollment (PaCE) program, 黑料正能量 is not a pathway to becoming a UF Main Campus student. If your goal is to attend UF in person, you should apply directly to the main campus or contact the to explore your options. 

• If you are admitted to 黑料正能量, and you wish to attend in person, you must apply to campus. 

• If you are admitted to campus, and you wish to transition to 黑料正能量, you must apply to 黑料正能量.  

• This applies to both freshman and transfer applicants.  

• Admission to UF Main Campus is limited and varies by major. 

• If you are a current 黑料正能量 student, please contact your academic advisor first to fully understand your options and next steps.

Application Process for Upper Division Transfers

The application process is simple and straightforward. It will take about 30 minutes to complete your application. If you need to take a break for any reason, you can save it and return to complete the application later. For ease of completion, be sure to have your high school transcripts and previous college information available.
